Do you ship international? -

We are happy to say we now ship international! If your country is showing as unavailable at checkout please feel free to email us about it so we can look into it!

Does my order have tracking? -

Yes! All orders come with tracking including domestic and international shipping

When will my order be shipped? -

We pack and ship orders every Tuesday. If we are experiencing delays we may ship on Wednesday or Thursday instead. 

What if I receive the wrong item? -

Please send an email to Lariatel.art@gmail.com with your name, order number, list of items you received, photos, and the list of items meant to get. We will help you as soon as we can!

Do you accept returns? -

 We do not accept returns. If you have an issue with your order please contact us Lariatel.art@gmail.com
